“Had a great time here! The rooms were clean and warm which in the middle of winter is a good thing. The location was quiet, although cause of the thin walls we could hear the loud off key singing of some very drunk women in the room next to us. Thankfully we had earplugs so we slept well. But what stood out here was the service. The service was exceptional, the staff super friendly and at every turn they made you feel warm and invited. Nothing was too hard. Would highly recommend this place, just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!”

“Fantastic place to stay. Simple, clean welcoming and very polite staff. We arrived right when the kitchen closed but the bar lady(I think her name was Kaitlin) went and got our dessert for us. Such friendly and attentive staff. Well done. Highly recommend. Also because we booked direct we got complimentary breakfast in a box which was the perfect size. Thankyou again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Adelaide. Will definitely be a return customer.”

The second reason is that the manager, Rebecca, is the epitome of excellent customer service.
